Formatting
Please prepare your manuscript before submission, using the following guidelines:
- All files should be submitted as a Word document
- Length of the paper is unlimited
- First page of the manuscript should contain:
- Article title that is concise and informative
- Author(s) details include full name, affiliation and e-mail address of each author.
- Acknowledgements (if any)
- Abstract should not exceed 250 words and may cover the purpose, method and findings of the paper.
- Keywords of the principal topics of the paper should not exceed 6 keywords
- – Paper subdivision (numbered sections)
Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, …), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). Use this numbering also for internal cross-referencing: do not just refer to ‘the text’. Any subsection may be given a brief heading. Each heading should appear on its own separate line. Major sections may involve, but not limited to:
- Introduction
- Background / Review
- Methodology / Method
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- references
- Appendices
- Tables and figures
Authors are expected to include all tables and figures in the word file of the manuscript. Figures and tables should not be submitted in separate files. If the article is accepted, authors may be asked to provide the source files of the figures. Each figure should be supplied in a separate electronic file. All figures and tables should be numbered in a consecutive order in accordance with their appearance in the text.
If requested, figures should be supplied in either vector art formats (Illustrator, EPS, WMF, FreeHand, CorelDraw, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) or bitmap formats (Photoshop, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, etc.). Bitmap images should be of 300 dpi resolution at least unless the resolution is intentionally set to a lower level for scientific reasons. If a bitmap image has labels, the image and labels should be embedded in separate layers.
