However, we can provide a letter of invitation, that you can include with your visa application package, upon payment of registration fees. All conference delegates are responsible for their own travel and visa arrangements. The organizers of iWISE2017 will not take any responsibility for travel or visa problems and cannot issue refunds should a visa application be refused. Visa processing may take up to 3 months for some countries. Please check Canada visa processing times through the Government of Canada website.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I have to submit a full paper to present at iWISE2017?” el_id=”1471119002572-f8b111ae-dc75″]While it’s highly recommended, you can still be accepted based only on the submission of your abstract. All other co-authors will have to register as guests. The conference cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Participants’ cancellations taking place:
- On or before Feb 28, 2017, will receive a full refund less an admin charge of USD$50
- After Feb 28, 2017 and before May 30, 2017, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring on or after May 30, 2017
- Substitute delegates will be accepted at any stage
Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. Full refund against registration fees will be issued to all paid participants using the same payment method. If you need a letter of invitation for a visa application, then we will be happy to supply this after we have received full payment.
We will not to supply an invitation letter to any delegate without registration and payment. Following registration and payment of associated fees a confirmation/receipt letter will be dispatched by email. Following this, applications for a letter of invitation should be requested and received no later than 30th April 2017 by email. A letter of invitation will be sent via email.
